By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive  service-related text messages from Pure Plumbing Solutions. These messages may include updates, service reminders, and other relevant information.

– Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on user interaction and service requirements.
– Message Content: Messages may contain plumbing service schedule, confirmations for customer requested home services schedule etc.

2. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply to any message with the word “STOP.” Once you opt out, we will no longer send you text messages.

3. Costs and Fees

Standard messaging and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier’s plan. Pure Plumbing Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect your phone number and other personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to send SMS communications and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

6. User Responsibilities

– You agree to provide a valid mobile number and confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and managing your subscription preferences.

8. Governing Law

9. Clog Clearing (Terms and Conditions)

  • Pricing is based on one clog and applies to residential plumbing calls only.
  • Toilet removal is not included in this service.
  • Excludes Commercial. 
  • Yard drains, roof access, crawl spaces, and disassembling drains for access are not included.
  • Service is available to residential customers only.
  • Appointments are scheduled during normal business hours, excluding major holidays.
  • Rate applies to the cabling method only as an attempt to clear the line. If we are unable to clear the blockage using cabling a hydro jetting solution will be provided
  • Clogs or blockages must be reasonably accessible
  • The sewer or main drain cleanout must be 3″ or larger, with a properly accessible plug or cover.
  • Excluded Services: We do not service Pool Drains, Roof Drains, or Rain Gutters.
