These guys are very professional, certainly not the most inexpensive, but they always do the job right, I have already called them at least twice, mainly for installing new faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Responsive to inquiries and willing to do a smaller job. Many other companies did not even respond to my inquiries, most likely because the job was small. Showed up on time and did high quality work. Took the time to explain all the various options and costs involved before doing the work. In addition, they were courteous and polite, using shoe covers to go in and out of the house without even being asked. Mike and Nate came to fixed our clogged shower drains and install shower heads. They were quick to diagnose and made sure all the drains in all bathrooms were working good. They were communicative, responsive and very professional in their approach. They did a final walkthrough of all the fixes and also made sure the shower was left clean. I looked at 4 plumbing companies and ultimately went with PPS because they are trustworthy and honest. Austin W. impressed me with his educational and can-do approach. He patiently explaining every step of the plumbing job and walked me through the work when it was complete. In additon, they worked with my schedule when I had to pause the job halfway through to restore an old cast iron sink. Javier's high attention to detail was evident in the flawless execution of his work when he installed a new Delta valve and replaced a shark bite to professional code. Pure Plumbing Solutions is my new go-to plumbing company. They are professional and friendly, clearly and consistently communicate, think on their feet, are respectful of personal property and make sure to leave things in the same or better condition as they were upon arrival. You get what you pay for--their estimates are not the lowest or the highest, but very reasonable and they do amazing work. The Full Backstory I've had ongoing problems with a backup in my 60-year old house when running the dishwasher or washing machine and have been told by multiple plumbers over the years that roots were the problem and that the main line needed to be replaced. Pure Plumbing Solutions (PPS) offered a free quote while others had a "trip fee". They informed me before making the appointment of any charges that may apply with difficulty running the camera through the lines. On the day of the appointment, they arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and immediately found a usable clean out. Their initial evaluation determined that a blockage appeared to be near the property line. Everything was very clearly explained and they even showed me the line and blockage as they ran the camera. An intermediate solution was offered--installing a "2-way clean out with pop off plug" that would allow any future blockage to end up outside instead of inside. I immediately received an itemized quote from Mike. PPS was the ONLY company to offer an alternative solution that would be a fraction of the cost and take care of the immediate issue, while allowing further investigation. After receiving other quotes for the same work, all higher than anticipated, I called Mike because the quotes I received were $10,000 apart and I wanted to understand more about the 2-way clean out. Mike was very patient and answered all of my questions in layman's terms, so I decided to move forward with PPS. The clean out was installed two days later and, while running the camera, it was determined that the blockage was on the city side of the property line. In order for the city to clear the blockage, there needed to be a clean out at the property line. Again, Mike provided an immediate quote that included the on-property clean out, the property line clean out and main line replacement. I signed and they began work two days later. While there were a couple snags during the process, the team worked tirelessly--even in the wind and rain--to determine the best options to move forward and always communicated with me.
